Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Type: Full Time

What you’ll do:
We are looking for the perfect fit of experience, enthusiasm and positivity to fill our HR Manager role. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all Human Resources related duties for DNA Footwear on a daily basis. Responsibilities include maintaining the functions of employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be personable (we have a positive work environment!), have a very strong attention to detail, understand and demonstrate high levels of personal productivity and efficiency and must be resourceful.

You have:

  • Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience managing a team
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
  • Must be able to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Position: Online Customer Service Representative
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Type: Full Time

What you’ll do:
We are looking to add an enthusiastic team member to our growing E-Commerce Customer Service team. Applicants for this position must be extremely personable, be comfortable with phone conversations with customers, have really good writing skills and be able to have written conversations by email with customers. In addition, the candidate must be able to work well under pressure and be attentive to directions. Computer skills are required for this position; the applicant must be familiar with Microsoft Office and able to learn new computer programs.

You have:

  • An enthusiastic, go-getter attitude and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1-year of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Position: Retail Sales Manager
Location: Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY
Type: Full Time

What you’ll do:
As a Store Manager at DNA Footwear, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about fashion. We are looking for individuals that are excited about new challenges, and who can think outside of the box. Overall, a Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and profits in-stores through the successful day to day operations, management of the team, and ensuring that we continually improve sales and customers’ expectations. DNA Footwear is dedicated to offering the best shopping experience possible.

You have:

  • An enthusiastic, go-getter attitude and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing & motivating a team of retail sales associates in order to increase sales and improve efficiency
  • Knowledge in managing stock levels and inventory on the sales floor
  • Familiarity with shoe brands and styles, especially those carried by our stores
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach
  • A love for customer service and creating  pleasant, creative and positive environment for all associates
  • Experience in creating pleasant, creative, and attractive window display for your store
  • Experience in time management, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), lost prevention, staff wage budgets and payroll, administrative tasks like daily operations, cash controls and shrinkage, report writing (such as disciplinary action forms for employees), recruitment and retention, health and safety in the store

Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY
Type: Full Time / Part Time

What you’ll do:
We believe that our sales associates are the most important connection between the brand and our customers. This person will play an important tole in developing the best shopping experience possible. Resposibilities will include greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and ability to make suggestions to customers. in addition, you will help out Store managers ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise and handling floor maintenance and re-stocking.

You have:

  • A highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident personality
  • An interest in staying up-t0-date with fashion trends
  • Familiarity with shoes brands and styles
  • Interest in a career in fashion
