What’s a typical customer like who comes to Williamsburg? Stylish? Family? Tourist?

We have customers coming from all over the world especially from France, Spain and Australia. Williamsburg’s popularity means it is now one of the biggest tourist attraction sites as the hipster neighborhood has so much to offer. The local customers who live around here are very stylish and they are always looking for a versatile shoe which they can go out in during the day or the evening.  We also have a lot of parents who live around the neighborhood that are buying their babies shoes. We have very loyal customers!

What are your favorite things to do in the neighborhood? Restaurants, coffee, parks, concert places?

There are so many things to do in Williamsburg such as eat in the famous Thai restaurant SEA, grab a cup of coffee in Toby’s Estate, grab an authentic Brooklyn style pizza at Vinnie’s or go to a concert in Music Hall of Williamsburg. We also love to go thrift shopping to find amazing deals at Beacon’s Closet, Crossroads and Buffalo Exchange as well as taking walks by the waterfront park with the beautiful view of the city.

What do you think makes you different from the other DNA Footwear stores?

The difference between us and other DNA Footwear stores is that we cater to the Williamsburg neighborhood fashion. We know which styles would sell best in this location and we try our best to create a relationship with our local customers. Typically the salespeople always help the same customers that they have helped before.
